Breath
Do you breathe with ease and fullness, allowing the breath to fill your entire body? When engaging in movement or exercise, can you feel the expansion of your lungs? Are you familiar with the sensation of being out of breath? Have you explored conscious breathing practices like Pranayama or Holotropic Breathwork? Your breath is the gateway to presence—how deeply are you connected to it?

Food
How do you choose to nourish yourself? Do you prepare meals with intention, or eat on the go without much thought? Is feeding yourself a sacred, enjoyable ritual—or a rushed necessity? Do sweets and processed foods play a large role in your diet? Do you sometimes forget to eat altogether? In what ways does your relationship with food support your health, and in what ways may it be calling for attention and care?

Exercise & Movement
What forms of movement do you regularly engage in—if any? Do you feel that your level of physical activity is balanced, or does it lean toward too much or too little? Are there movement practices—such as dance, yoga, martial arts, or walking in nature—that your body is longing to explore? Movement is medicine. What kind of movement brings you joy?

Sleep
What does your nightly wind-down ritual look like? Do you find yourself going to bed early and rising refreshed, or staying up late and waking tired? On average, how many hours of sleep do you allow yourself? Is your sleep environment—your bedroom, your mattress, your lighting—nourishing and restful? Do you feel rejuvenated upon waking? What kind of dreams visit you during the night?

Sensory Pleasure
Which textures, scents, sounds, and sights awaken your senses? Do you surround yourself with beauty, comfort, and things that delight your body and spirit? How do you experience your sensuality and erotic energy? When connecting with others, is your expression of eroticism joyful and free, or do you sense inhibition or imbalance? How do you explore and express your sexuality? How do you embody your gender identity in daily life?

Clothing
How do you like to feel in the clothes you wear? Do you dress for comfort, expression, warmth, beauty—or all of these? How much weight do you give to how others perceive your appearance? What are your favorite items to wear—those that feel most like “you”? What role does clothing play in your sense of identity and confidence?

Psychosomatic Awareness
Where in your body do you notice tension, stress, or fear? Are there places where emotion tends to collect—such as the neck, stomach, or jaw? How do you typically respond to stress? Do you notice waves of anxiety or depression in your body, and how do they manifest physically? Do you regularly care for your body—your hair, your skin, your nails, your teeth—as acts of self-respect and presence? As you reflect, what emotions arise? Do you feel content in how you tend to your body, or do you feel called to shift your self-care practices? What gentle changes feel accessible and needed in the near future?

Sickness
How do you support your hormonal and chemical balance to maintain health and vitality? When you feel unwell, how do you choose to care for yourself? Are you able to soften, ask for support, and receive help from others when you are sick? In what ways do you honor your body’s need for rest, nourishment, and healing when it calls?
