Home Checklist

You are warmly invited to arrive with the highest of intentions and an open heart, as your presence is essential to the shared energy of this sacred gathering. Please take a moment to prepare yourself and pack thoughtfully for comfort, safety, and alignment with the ceremonial space. Below is a detailed checklist of items to bring that will support your journey physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Clothing & Comfort Essentials:
– Dress in loose, breathable, and comfortable clothing to support deep meditation and physical ease.
– Pack a warm jumper or sweater, as evenings may become cool.
– Bring a small blanket, pillow, sleeping bag, or slippers—whatever you need to stay warm and cozy during still moments.
– An eye mask and ear plugs are highly recommended to help you retreat inward and minimize external distractions.

Personal Hygiene & Care:
– Please carry your toothbrush and essential personal care items. Kindly avoid wearing any strong perfume or cologne out of respect for others’ sensitivities and the sacred environment.
– If you plan to take a shower the next morning, bring your own towel and necessary toiletries.
– Any medications must be discussed in advance. If you're on SNRI/SSRI or any antidepressants, it is mandatory that you are free from them for at least one week before the meditation. Contact us immediately if you have concerns.

Sacred and Sentimental Items:
– You are encouraged to bring a small object that holds personal significance—something sacred to you. This can be placed on the altar during your stay to deepen your connection to the ceremony.
– Feel free to bring printed photos of your loved ones or family members to place near the altar if you wish to include their energy in your intention setting.

Reflection Tools:
– A personal journal or notebook along with a pen is essential for documenting reflections, insights, or messages received during the journey. Journaling can serve as a powerful integration tool after your inner experience.

Important Dietary Guidelines:
– On the day of the meditation, please keep your meals light. We suggest a healthy breakfast and lunch—oatmeal, eggs, muffins, or fruits are suitable choices.
– Your final meal should be completed no later than 3:00 PM.
– Please refrain from consuming alcohol, herbal supplements, or recreational substances on the day of the ceremony. This helps ensure a clear and receptive state for the experience.

Emotional & Mental Preparation:
– Avoid watching disturbing or scary movies prior to the ceremony. Your emotional space matters—what you feed your mind directly influences your energetic state.
– Aim to come grounded, rested, and as present as possible.

On Arrival:
– Upon your arrival, you will be gently guided through a welcoming process and asked to sign a Medical Waiver to ensure safety for all participants.
– A nourishing breakfast will be served the following morning before the closing circle, which concludes by 11:00 AM.

Let this journey be a sacred pause in your life—a time to reconnect with yourself and with the energy of community, nature, and intention. Your preparation honors the space and the transformation it holds for you.
